MIPT(MapInfo Planning Tool)

MIPT is a basic Planning Tool and work with Mapinfo.
MIPT stands for MapInfo Planning Tool.
Its work for 2G and 3G.
Earlier developed by Mr.Somroek.
Feature of MIPT:
-Find BCCH(Frequency Search)
-Find Neighbors
-Easy view of Network
-Display Drivetest Route
